My road trip through the Southeast Balkans took me across Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, and North Macedonia. Along the way, I photographed rugged mountain landscapes, old villages, busy city streets, and the everyday life that gives each place its character.
I was drawn to the contrasts between tradition and modern life, between quiet rural landscapes and the energy of the cities. Light, texture, and people became recurring elements throughout the journey, shaping the way I experienced and photographed the region.
