My black and white street photography in Portugal is about the character and everyday rhythm of its streets, from the busy corners of Porto and Lisbon to the quieter streets of Aveiro, Nazaré, and Sintra. I’m drawn to fleeting gestures, candid moments, weathered buildings, and the small details that often go unnoticed. Without color, textures, light, and shadow become more important, giving ordinary scenes a different atmosphere. Walking through these cities and towns with my camera, I looked for those brief moments that reveal something about the people and places around me. These photographs are my personal impressions of Portugal — its streets, character, and everyday life.
